On the running path where I run I have seen this leaf's impressions many times. I think about the millions of leaves that have fallen from the trees surrounding the gentle blue water in the brook, blowing off the trees in autumn, then becoming a part of the soil to feed future leaves. Then there was this leaf, a solitary impression on miles and miles of running path. This leaf so many years ago fell and left its mark. I want to do the same, do you?
